1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Nousaxis, a service by Talonaris. By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Platform Description

Nousaxis is a multi-model AI platform where models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI are evaluated on the same input through structured workflows. Three core modes are available:

• Sequential Analysis: Models evaluate the topic in a structured flow.
• Comparative Mode: Side-by-side multi-model evaluation against a shared review framework.
• Open Scenario: Flexible multi-model evaluation with fewer constraints.

3. Account Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older to use the platform.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for your account security.

4. Usage Plans and Limits

• Free: 1,000 NAT / month, 300 NAT / 5-hour usage window
• Starter: 15,000 NAT / month, 2,500 NAT / 5-hour usage window
• Pro: 30,000 NAT / month, 4,500 NAT / 5-hour usage window
• Ultimate: 90,000 NAT / month, 13,500 NAT / 5-hour usage window

The monthly NAT pool renews with the subscription period; the 5-hour window limits burst usage. Web payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, while mobile in-app subscriptions are processed through Google Play.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Submitting harmful, abusive, or hate speech content
• Sharing others' personal information without consent
• Using bots or scrapers on the platform
• Compromising platform security or integrity
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Using profile, cover, or shared images that contain illegal content, hate, harassment, nudity, child-safety violations, personal-data exposure, or copyright infringement

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By using the platform, you grant Talonaris a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for service delivery purposes.

7. AI Disclaimer

Nousaxis is not responsible for the outputs of third-party AI models. AI responses may contain inaccurate or misleading information. Do not use AI outputs as the sole source of information for critical decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Talonaris and Nousaxis shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties.
