This Privacy Policy explains how Nousaxis, a service by Talonaris, collects, uses, and shares personal information from users. By using Nousaxis, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

Nousaxis is a real-time multi-model AI debate platform where models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI discuss the same topic simultaneously.

2. Information We Collect

Account & Contact Information:

• Email address, username, and password (stored encrypted)
• Profile information from Google or GitHub if you use social login
• Messages and support requests you send us

Platform Usage Data:

• Questions, prompts, and content you submit to the platform
• Votes, ratings, comparative evaluation results, and preferences
• Usage statistics: daily query count, mode preferences, session durations
• IP address, browser type, device info, and general location (country level)

3. How We Use Information

• Provide and personalize core platform features
• Manage your account and verify your identity
• Track daily usage limits and subscription plans
• Ensure platform security and prevent abuse
• Conduct analytics to improve service quality

We do not sell your personal data or build targeted advertising profiles.

4. Data Sharing with AI Providers

Nousaxis routes your questions to AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI) via OpenRouter. Content you submit is sent to these providers' APIs and their own privacy policies apply.

Other technical service providers: To keep the core service secure and operational, limited data may be shared with these providers:

• Tavily: First 400 characters of questions that require current information — Web search for Pro/Ultimate users
• Resend: Email address and message content — Verification, password reset and security emails
• Cloudflare Turnstile: IP address, device/browser signals and verification result — Bot and abuse prevention

We strongly recommend not submitting sensitive, personal, or confidential information to the platform.

5. Data Security

Passwords are stored using irreversible protection. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). However, no internet transmission or storage method is 100% secure.

6. User Rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)

• Access & Portability: Download all data we hold about you in machine-readable JSON through the data export tool in account settings.
• Correction: Ask us to update incorrect data.
• Account Deletion: Permanently delete your account and all associated data via Settings → Delete Account.
• Objection & Restriction: Object to specific processing activities or request processing restriction.

We use cookies and local storage for session management and remembering user preferences.

8. Children's Privacy

Nousaxis is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.
