1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Nousaxis subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. Canceling your subscription prevents any future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for previous payments.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Initial Purchases Only)
We stand behind the quality of our multi-agent AI architecture. If you are not satisfied with your initial purchase of a Nousaxis premium subscription, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your original transaction date. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and does not apply to subscription renewals.
3. Renewals and Prorated Refunds
We do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or automated subscription renewals. It is the user's responsibility to manage their subscription and cancel prior to the renewal date if they do not wish to be charged for the next cycle.
4. Digital Goods and EU Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing a Nousaxis subscription, you consent to the immediate digital delivery of our service. As an EU/UK consumer, you acknowledge that by accessing the platform and utilizing the AI models immediately upon purchase, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
5. Payment Processing
Web purchases made on nousaxis.io are handled by Paddle.com, our official merchant of record. Eligible refund requests for these purchases must be sent to our support team at [email protected], and approved refunds are issued through Paddle directly to your original payment method. In-app subscriptions purchased inside the Nousaxis mobile application are processed by Google Play; refunds for those purchases are governed by the Google Play refund policy and must be requested through Google Play. If you are unsure which channel your subscription was purchased through, our support team can confirm it for you.
