Deleting from inside the app

If you can sign in, this is the fastest route. In the Nousaxis app or on nousaxis.io: My Account → Delete Account. You will be asked for your password and to type DELETE to confirm. The action is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in

If you have lost your password or cannot access your account, email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request". We complete verified requests within 30 days at the latest.

Partial deletion without deleting the account

You can remove some data yourself without deleting the full account: delete individual conversations from chat history, delete "My information" entries in Agent Mode, and clear your profile bio/profile text. For any other specific deletion request, email [email protected] from your registered address.

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following are permanently removed:

• Account details: email, username, name, profile fields
• All chat history and saved conversations
• Files you uploaded: profile picture, banner, chat images and documents (removed from server storage as well)
• Direct messages and message threads
• Friends list and friend requests
• Room memberships, invites and rooms you created
• Agent profiles and scenario history
• Usage records, NAT ledger and subscription records
• XP, level, achievements and Taloton statistics
• Sessions and push notification registrations

Data that is retained, and why

• Your messages in social rooms: Messages remain so the conversation stays readable for other participants, but the identity link is severed: your name is replaced with “[deleted]”, your avatar and user reference are removed. The message can no longer be attributed to you.
• Security logs (audit log): Sign-in attempts and security events are kept for a limited period to prevent abuse and account takeover. These records contain no chat content or personal profile data.
• Payment records: Payments are processed by Paddle (web) and Google Play (mobile). Invoice and transaction records are retained by those providers under tax and accounting law; their retention periods are governed by their own privacy policies.

Timing

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are completed within 30 days at the latest once account ownership is verified. Copies in backups are purged within the backup rotation (at most 30 days).

If you have an active subscription, cancel it before deleting your account: a Play Store subscription is not cancelled automatically by deleting your account and must be cancelled via Google Play → Subscriptions.
